You can relax with comfy pillows and blankets while in the chair and enjoy calming instrumental music—much of which was created by Dr. Herndon himself! We also offer complimentary beverages in our reception area and work hard to make sure you will not have to wait long.

Relaxing Sedation Options

If you need extra help relaxing—no matter what procedure you are having—you can take advantage of our sedation options, including oral sedation and intravenous (IV) sedation. Our doctors will help you determine which is best for your situation.

With oral sedation, you will be given an oral medication prior to your procedure that will reduce your anxiety and calm your nerves. This can be boosted with nitrous oxide, if needed.

Dr. Luscri is certified to administer IV sedation, which provides an even deeper level of relaxation. Patients who receive IV sedation usually do not recall any of their procedure afterward.
